We accepts applications through two channels. Submit through one method only do not submit both.

Our online application portal makes it easier than ever to begin your academic journey. Whether you’re applying from home, work, or on the go, the portal walks you through every step of the process from creating your profile to uploading your documents and submitting your application.

First-time users are guided through creating an applicant profile. Upload all required documents directly through our  ISIMS Portal. You will receive instructions by email within 14 working days of submission.

How to Apply Online

Prepare all documents below before you begin. Online applicants must scan and upload; paper applicants must bring originals and certified copies.

Passport-sized photos

2 photos signed by J.P., Minister of Religion, or Principal

Character references

2 Completed Moneague College reference forms.

Birth certificate

1 Copy of new birth certificate

Application form

Completed form (paper applicants only online submits in portal)

CXC / CSEC results

Results slip or official exam timetable if awaiting results

TRN

Tax Registration Number copy required.

Marriage certificate

1 Copy if applicable

Check each item off your list as you gather it. Both originals and certified copies are required for paper applications. Scan all documents at high resolution (300 dpi or above) before uploading online.

Collate original and certified copies of the following documents before visiting the campus:

  • 2 Passport-sized photos signed by J.P., Minister of Religion or Principal
  • 1 Copy of new birth certificate
  • 1 Copy immunization card
  • 1 Copy marriage certificate (if applicable)
  • CSEC/CXC results OR 1 copy of Official Exam Timetable (for those awaiting exam results)
  • TRN

Visit any of our three campuses

For applicants who prefer to apply face-to-face, You may visit any one of our three campuses across Jamaica. Our Registry Department and Administrative Office staff are on hand to receive your completed application form, verify your documents, and answer any questions you may have about the admissions process.

Take your completed application form along with the original documents to the Registry Department or Administrative of the location of your choice.

Application periods and Key dates

Applications open November 1. There are two submission windows Early Bird applicants receive priority consideration for their chosen programme.

EARLY BIRD DEADLINE

January 15

Submit your application form and all required documents by January 15 to receive priority consideration for your chosen programme. All applicants are strongly encouraged to apply early.

REGULAR DEADLINE

April 15

The final date for all application submissions for the upcoming academic year. Applicants who miss the Early Bird window may still apply by this date.

All programme change requests after submission must be made in writing to the Registrar.

No. Applicants must submit either an online or paper application not both. Submitting duplicate applications may delay your processing.

You may submit a copy of your Official Exam Timetable in place of results. Once results are available, provide them to the Registry Department.

Once an application is submitted, programme change requests must be submitted in writing to the Registrar's office at registrar@moneaguecollege.edu.jm.

All three campuses accept paper applications at their Registry Department or Administrative Office: Linstead (St. Catherine), Moneague (St. Ann), and Galina (St. Mary).

Expect a response and further instructions from the Registrar via the email address you provided within 14 working days of submitting your application.
